How We Review Operators at JILI696

Publishing a method is the only way to let a reader judge a guide rather than trust it. This page lists the criteria applied to any operator described here, separates the verifiable from the unknowable, and states how the site is funded. There are no scores and no ranked tables, because the useful information always lives in the detail a score deletes. JILI696 is an independent guide, not a casino — no deposits, no games, 21+ only.

The eight questions

  1. Licence disclosure — the regulator named, the licensed corporate entity named, and that entity matching the exact domain you would deposit into.
  2. Payment rails — whether it is clear that a method runs over an e-wallet, InstaPay or PESONet, which behave differently.
  3. Terms clarity — whether a first-time reader can locate the wagering multiple, the expiry and the excluded games without hunting.
  4. KYC rules — whether the documents and the trigger point are stated before you deposit.
  5. Complaint route — whether a route exists beyond live chat, and whether the regulator's channel is acknowledged.
  6. Responsible-gaming tools — whether deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion exist as working controls.
  7. Support channels — which channels, in which languages, and whether hours are stated.
  8. App distribution — whether the install route is honest about sitting outside the app stores.

All eight are questions about disclosure. An outsider can read what a company publishes; it cannot audit what the company does, and we do not write as though we can.

Verifiable, unverifiable

We can checkWe cannot check
Whether a claim is published, and whereHow fast a particular account is actually paid
Whether two pages contradict each otherWhat happens inside a risk review
Whether a named entity is on the regulator's own listWhether a game tracks its published RTP in your sessions
Whether bonus terms state a multiple, expiry and exclusionsWhether your promotion matches the next reader's
Whether responsible-gaming controls exist in the accountAnything about your own account
That InstaPay is real-time under a per-transaction cap and PESONet settles in batches on banking daysAn operator's own handling window, minimum or fee, which only it publishes

Where something sits in the right-hand column we say so on the page. For every operator-specific number the answer is the same: it is set by the operator, and its cashier page and terms are the only current source.

Why there is no score

A rating out of ten compresses eight unrelated findings into one number, and the compression always destroys the finding that matters to a particular reader. Someone who needs a bank transfer and someone who needs a clearly written bonus term are not served by the same average.

It also implies a precision that no outside observer has. We would rather publish seven separate sentences you can act on than one number you cannot interrogate.

The same reasoning explains why there is no ranked list on this site. Ranking requires a claim that one operator is better than another for everyone, and that claim is not available to us. What is available is the disclosure each one makes, and a reader who knows which rail they need, which terms they can live with and which complaint route exists is better equipped than one holding a league table.

Never published on this site

  • A payout time, fee or minimum we cannot attribute to a source
  • A licence number we have not read on the regulator's list ourselves
  • A score, a star rating, or a ranked table of brands
  • An invented author, a fabricated biography, or a testing claim
  • An installer, an APK, or a mirror link
  • Any suggestion that a system or a tool can beat a random outcome

How this site is paid

Some outbound links are partner links, so a commercial relationship may exist with the destination. It decides whether a link exists — not a sentence, not the removal of a criticism, not a position in a list — and no operator sees a page before publication. We also do not accept payment to withdraw a correction, which is the harder promise and therefore the one worth making explicitly.

Corrections and the disclosure

Pages carry publication and modification dates and are revised when a published term changes, when a rail's public behaviour changes, when guidance moves, or when a reader demonstrates an error — corrected in place and dated. And the disclosure in full: JILI696 is an independent guide, not a casino. It accepts no deposits, holds no player funds, runs no games, and cannot act on any operator's platform. Written for adults 21 and over.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do you not rate operators?

Because one number averages away the criterion that matters to you and implies a precision no outsider has. We publish each criterion separately.

Does a partner link affect your wording?

No. It affects whether a link exists and nothing else, and no operator is shown a page before publication.

Why no payout times?

They are account-level and operator-set. A figure printed here would mislead a later reader, so we point to the operator's own cashier page.

Did you test these operators yourselves?

We make no testing claims. A single anonymous session proves nothing about how your account will be handled.

Who is the author?

The JILI696 editorial desk, as an organisation. We do not attach an invented human byline to borrow authority.

How do I report a mistake?

Write to us through the site's contact route, name the page and quote the exact sentence you are challenging. Attach a source and the correction is usually quick.
